Drug and Alcohol Evaluations

The evaluation entails a face-to-face interview with a certified chemical dependency counselor. Lasting one to two hours, the evaluation will result in a clinically sound diagnosis as established in the Diagnostic Statistical Manual, volume Five, considering recommendations that utilize the American Society of Addiction Medicine (ASAM) Patient Placement Criteria. The six dimensions of the ASAM Criteria determine the correct clinical setting to meet your individual needs. A written assessment summary is then completed.
